Apartment Overview

In the Northanmptonshire countryside, Elm Tree Farm Accommodation offers a range of accommodation to suit your needs next to the Grand Union Canal, and opposite the infamous Navigation Inn Pub. The pub offers an extensive menu, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site facilities including, free parking and free WiFi.
The accommodation includes 1 and 2-bedroom cottages, as well as studios and apartments. All are self catering and have full kitchen facilities and a dining area. There is a bathroom with shower and, in the 2-bedroom cottages, a bath. All properties have access to an outdoor dining area and garden furniture with views over the courtyard gardens.
The property is a 2 minute drive from Cosgrove village, 15 minute drive from Central Milton Keynes, 20 minutes’ drive from Northampton, and just over 10 minutes from Towcester Racecourse.

This spacious apartment comprises of a kitchen/diner/living area on the ground floor with the bedroom and a shower room, both on the first floor. The bed is a standard sized double. There is a fully fitted kitchen, including a slimline dishwasher. All apartments are provided with a basic cleaning pack on arrival. There is a communal coin operated washing machine for guests to use. There is an outside dining area and garden for the guests use. Dog are welcome but by PRIOR NOTIFICATION, Dogs are CHARGED at £10 per night and max of one dog. Please bring cash on arrival.

Double Studio (2 Adults) - enter dates to see room photos

A Studio room (bed in the living area) with a kitchenette, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, 2 ring hob and all the utensils required for basic self catering. (NO CONVENTIONAL OVEN) The bed is a standard double with and en-suite shower. There is outside seating area. Dog are welcome but by PRIOR NOTIFICATION, Dogs are CHARGED at £10 per night and max of one dog. Please bring cash on arrival.

This is the larges of our 2 bedroom cottages and comprises of a kitchen/diner/living area on the ground floor with two bedrooms and a shower room, both on the first floor. The bed in the master is a king size, and the second bedroom has 2 standard sized singles. There is a fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher. All cottages are provided with a basic cleaning pack on arrival. There is a communal coin operated washing machine for guests to use. There is an outside dining area and garden for the guests use. The location was lovely- we stayed in order to get to Silverstone with ease- it was about 15 mins away (although obviously longer than that by the time we got through the queue!) and so peaceful which was lovely after a busy day. The hosts were lovely and friendly, they even leant us some blankets as it was bizarrely cold that weekend and we were all freezing at Silverstone on the first day. They couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfy, the living space was perfect for the four of us and the kitchen was just the right size.

Our stop over at Elm Tree Farm was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious clean room with a little kitchenette that was stocked with everything we needed. Off road parking is always a bonus. The Navigation Inn pub is across the road and the food was delicious.
