Hotel Overview

Situated on a plateau with impressive views of Lake Millstatt, Naturhotel Alpenrose offers quiet surroundings, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a spacious spa area.
All rooms have a balcony, and most offer views of the lake.
Surrounded by meadows and mountains, you can sit outside on the sunny terrace of Naturhotel Alpenrose.
The restaurant serves regional cuisine with organic products, including herbs from the hotel's private garden. Half-board includes a lunch buffet with soups and salad, and a 4-course dinner.
Nestled between the mountains of the Nockberge National Park and the Millstätter Alpe mountain range, the surroundings provide a wide range of activities in summer and winter.

The location is lovely with super views over the plateau, the lake and the hills/mountains beyond. A peaceful location and with a car - easy to reach the lake and other areas to explore. The food was very good - both at breakfast, with lovely selection of breads and dinner.
