The hosts were polite and treated us with joy and respect. The experience was satisfactory right from the start, as we asked for an early check-in due to our bus schedule, and the owners did all they could so that we could enter the apartment as soon as possible. When we arrived there, Mr. Giuseppe was already there to personally greet us at the house. He explained how the keys worked (and also an app to open the door), what we had at our disposal in the apartment, and also left some treats (soap, shampoos, water, some snacks). He is also very friendly; both my family and I had a great time chatting with him. The facilities are perfect for a family to stay. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is wide, the kitchen is fully equiped, and it has a fast WiFi. With a 2 minute walk you can reach the metro and go to the major locations in Milano. It was a wonderful experience, I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Milano and we're definitely coming back the next time.

Perfect location within 50 meters to 2 underground lines, a super market next to the property, near center. A really good apartment with good air conditioning system, clean and cosy. The host is amazing as well!

We had agreed in advance that we would be contacted upon arrival at Milan Central Station, so the keys were handed over to us on the spot. The apartment was spacious, we had everything we needed. There were bottles of water in the fridge. The place is relatively close to the central station, but a bit further from the center, so it is worth using the metro to get to places of interest faster.
