The location of hotel was good, and the owner was very attentive. But the city was a disappointment. There was a strike in all public transportation on Friday evening, so it was very difficult to return to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel facilities, bed comfort and hygiene were good.

The room was clean and comfortable. 5 minutes from the nearest metro station and a neighbourhood supermarket. The host was really polite and he helped us with everything we needed.

Everything was just like the pictures, the apartment was clean and spacious. The building was situated very close to the metro station and there were plenty of stores near us. Also, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all the questions we’ve had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Milan!

- The communication with the host was good, very friendly and fluent. - I was mostly satisfied with my stay. - I liked having access to Netflix. Given that I was there for work and partially with no energy for touristing, it was good to have some me-time in my room with tv and good internet. - AC was very easy to use in a way that the ambient was just right, not too hot, not too cold.

Fully equipped apartment located near a metro station. Easy access using a code. The host was very helpful and readily available when needed through Whatsapp. Feels like home.
