In the event of no-show for non-refundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be cancelled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or by a legal guardian. If accompanied by a third person this should show a signed consent form by the parents.Please note that cash payments of EUR 1.999 or above are not permitted under current Italian law.When booked directly at check-in, breakfast costs EUR 14 per person per day.The credit card that has been used to book a non-refundable rate needs to be presented upon check-in. In case the credit card owner is not traveling with you, you are required to show a copy of his/her credit card and identification document.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.

The first room my friend and I were in was good, but was unfortunately too warm for us. We were immediately moved into a much bigger and better room with an airconditioner after coomplalning to the staff. The location was perfect, close to a metro station which made it easy to move around the city. The breakfast was delightful with an assortment of dishes to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staff was friendly, the room was great allowing to stay with our kid in a very comfortable way. The Wellness area is great and Gym too! The breakfast was also very tasty and complete in terms of choices. I really recommend Una hotel for a stay in Milan!

Consiering I was delayed by airppot/airline strikes meaninh I had to stay in Milano this was an excellent stay in a well run hotel. I had not stayed in the Lima area and would stay again

We enjoyed our stay overall. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location was great, the metro is right next to the hotel, and the central station is within walking distance. The area is nice and quiet. We especially liked the breakfast, which had a good selection of pastries, delicious coffee, and a beautiful view from the terrace. The only downside: the hotel has a swimming pool, and we wanted to use it. At the reception, we were told to go to our room and call them so they could bring us bathrobes. We called twice, and each time, they assured us that the bathrobes would be delivered soon. However, after several hours, no one ever came, so we couldn’t use the pool. Because of this, I’m deducting one star and hope the staff won’t let this happen again in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel!
