Location is great, you can walk to the city center, no need to use metro Staff is veeery kind and helpful We would pick this hotel again

Excellent location, we had garden view room, so it was so quiet and unusual for city center and main station area. Breakfast was also great (really good espresso and brioches, but also we had cheese, ham, salami, cornflakes, milk, juices, fruits , pastries, butter, jam, nutella..)

Great location, about 400–500 m (12-15 min walk) from the station, with shuttles from/to BGY and MXP arrive from/depart to. The room is small but clean, rather cozy and warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was exceptionally polite and ready to help. The location allowed easy access to all parts of the city. It's also close to the Central train station. But once you go off the main street, you get into an unpleasant situation with local drunks and drug dealers. No wonder the police parks in the small streets to just look around. On Saturday morning, there is a street market right in front of the hotel's entrance. There is a breakfast, which is ok. I myself only liked the croissants, as they were freshly made and kept coming. The coffee was nice as well.

Honestly, this was a very pleasant surprise. I didnt have high expectations regarding this hotel since we werent planning to stay too much indoors and we were leaving very early by train. That s why we needed a hotel very close to the railway station, 10 min walk at most. The included breakfast was a very nice suprise, more than enough for a good start of the day. Very warm, good water pressure, large enough room. Overall, a nice stay in Milan if you dont want fancy things and you just want to explore the city.

The people in the reception was amazing! Always with a smile, they made us feel like we are home! Near to central station and metro only 5 minutes away! Nice breakfast for the price and very clean room. Definitely recommend!

The room was small but clean and cosy. it was very warm, staff were very kind and friendly. The location is perfect, only 10min walking from the central station and 5min from one of the main streets with shops! Breakfast was ok, too. I recommend! I would come back again, thank you!
