I had some problems with my room as the key card slot was beeping in the night. However, they were quick to upgrade me to a superior room when they were unable to fix the problem.

There was no chair in the room. The tv remote needed new batteries and when we asked for them to be replaced maintenance came. The tv turned on when he used it. I explained that it was intermittent but he left thinking we were deluded. We bought our own batteries which solved the problem. Tap in bathroom was loose which made it difficult to use the plug. Excellent location and room was comfortable but small.

Great location - 3 minutes from Milan Central Station. The metro station is very close, 4 stops to Duomo. There is a good restaurant nearby. I recommend you to visit it. Friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to the girl with glasses at the reception (I forgot her name) for helping me when my son lost his phone. There is a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Especially in the evening it is really strong. The hotel was full, therefore room was not changed (312).

The location was great, easy access to everything, taxi, bus train. Staff very helpful loved the balcony.

Great location for the station and a couple of nice restaurants on the side streets. The staff were super helpful. For example gave my friend a kettle when requested. Also helping us when my friend left her bag in a taxi. The cost of leaving luggage was disappointing.

Great location to Milano Centrale and the Metro (yellow line) is located a few steps from the door. Staff is always very friendly and informative. If you need to leave your luggage it is kept in a locked room. Definitely our go to hotel when staying in Milano.

The hotel is misleadingly comfortable and private being one of the few first hotels in close proximity to the railway station. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and the staff made be feel incredibly safe and reassured - this was my first solo trip and I was travelling for work so anxiety was on high! The room was besutiful, clean and spacious. Staff were always readily available and extremely pleasant. My only complaints were that the room was certainly not soundproof - the noise from trains and the road could be heard all night (that being said, I am a very light sleeper) and also the air con didn’t work in my room so even though I stayed in late march I was extremely warm (it was 25.5° in the room and unable to adjust or open the door due to more city noise!) That being said, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others, the experience was very pleasant and again the room was fabulous and extremely comfortable.
