The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The Double Room may consist of two twin beds or one double bed. The lower floors are prone to noise from the breakfast area and nearby supermarket. The city of Milan requires us to collect a tourist tax upon your arrival at the hotel of 7 euros per person per night. This is not included in your total checkout fee. Due to local regulations, guests at this Sonder will be asked to provide their party's information, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. For further information please contact us at your convenience.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Breakfast was good, Limited in terms of hot food. Location weas great close to the cathedral and local amenities. Good Transport links.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Milan. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance ( 20 min) to the city center. Nearby, there was a shop and some pastry places, which made it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some local treats. Overall, a good experience!

The location was very good, 5 - 10 minutes walk from Duomo Square, I made my booking last minute and the room was ready to check in 3 minutes after I completed my booking. The reception and night staff are very friendly and open to help with any questions you may have. Big thank you to all the staff, definitely a Hotel to come back and recommend to family and friends.

Since we prefer to travel as a family for New Year's, when we were looking for places close to the city center, this is definitely a place where you can make a reservation with your eyes closed in terms of price/performance. Of course, there are things that could be considered drawbacks or could create negative thoughts. First, the +'s: * The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, always attentive. * The location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo Square. * Offering breakfast, and the breakfast they provided was truly more than sufficient. * Room cleanliness/ towels changed every day (which unfortunately many hotels in Europe don't do)/ the Nespresso coffee machine in the room (this might be personal, but I think it's a great advantage). * They didn't just put a TV in the room; they have a system and infrastructure, so you can watch things like YouTube, Netflix, etc. during your stay, and your account password stays saved so you can watch it without hesitation. * Definitely a safe hotel (both because of the location and because the room has a designated door code).

The hotel suited our needs perfectly. My daughter and I found it very comfortable & clean. It was close to the Duomo & transport links. Breakfast was good too and staff were very helpful.
