The location is perfect for exploring Milan. The hotel staff were super helpful & friendly and even in winter the rooftop pool is amazing.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Duomo, Scala, walking distance to Brera and so many other shopping streets. Hotel is easily accessible by metro from the train station - 4 stops! So easy. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the coffee was perfect. Fully recommend.

The staff members -- from the reception desk, right up to the domestic staff and the breakfast room staff -- have all been superb. The hotel is very warm and cosy. Breakfast for superb. Just all the right things. The Cappuccinos were excellent.

Location couldn’t be better & the roof top pool was splendid for the hot weather; a pleasant break from the hustle & bustle. Staff were friendly and helpful without exception. I would also recommend a full body massage, it was excellent!

Very centrally-located « classic » hotel, meaning with all services you would expect from a non-internet hotel: a well-trained, professional and courteous staff at all levels: reception, concierge, cleaning, restaurant. They actually handle queries gently and efficiently
