The staff was amazing, communication via whats app, the allowed to keep the suitcase before check in and after check out, they left the keys in reception because we were in the center, heater worked pretty well, towels included

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, many cafe, restaurants, tram & bus stops nearby. The metro is bit far for walking, but there is a beautiful park to pass by!

It was good value for money. It was close to the shop and public transport, with which you can get to the center in approx. half an hour. Getting in was easy with to code provided. The staff was quick to respond to all my questions.

Very nice for a stay while exploring Milan. Location was far out however so accessible by trams and buses we saved so much. There was no issue commuting! Rooms were extremely clean , easy check in. Would stay here again

We really liked how the owner contacted us - he messaged us on WhatsApp before our arrival and before check out to remind us about formalities - like how to get there, the gate code, the check in process and the city tax. He was very polite and always responded quickly. Another thing we enjoyed was the location - next to many bus and tram stops that could take you to all Milan must-see landmarks. Nearby there was also a Lidl, which was great for a quick breakfast or to grab something to drink. The room itself was very clean and tidy :)
