The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Marshmallow room was lots of fun for me and my daughter. So many little extras that we enjoyed. Breakfast was great, tasty and beautiful view. And offcourse thé location!

The location of hotel is absolutely perfect. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, I was worried that it may be overkill but atleast in the chocolate themed rooms it was very minimalistic and had the luxury touch of Milano. The staff was all incredibly kind and all ways willing to assist. When compared to other hotels prices in Milan this hotel could honestly be considered cheap for all that you get. Incredible stay. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Location was excellent, staff was outstanding that is all of them we encountered hotel was very clean and some nice touches free drinks in the fridge all round excellent.

Really helpful staff and excellent location. The rooms were impeccable with a lot of little extras I did not expect. The roof top terrace and breakfast menu was great.

Clean the staff is kind and helpful. Irina was a great help and all the receptionist were good. The rooms were clean nice and top notch. I totally recommend 🎀💕

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Duomo and with a metro station right outside. Easy to navigate to the main tourist areas with lots of restaurants around
