Nice, comfortable, clean rooms, superb location, close to the metro. Room was cleaned every day without asking, new towels and toiletries were also brought daily. Breakfast was great, and not expensive, you get coffee, juice, fresh bread.. I can't say enough about how great the staff was, very helpful.

The installations were really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walk from Piola metro station.

The staff that attended to me (Chinese looking woman) was very hospitable. My room was SUPER CLEAN AND OF MODERN FACILITIES. There was an electric kettle in the room, and I was able to make for myself hot tea in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was fine and parking facility was descent, altough it costs €25 per day and you run the risk of being blocked by other cars when you want to leave.

The location was good, 9 min walk to loreto station, five stops to the Duamo. Clean and the beds are comfortable better to stay in the new rooms. Staff are friendly.
