Great experience with Milan Retreats. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had all the ammenities one needs. Location was perfect for our needs, close to train, metro and city center. We had a chance to drop our luggage at the city office and we were greeted with an amazing hospitality, offered coffee, pointers and had a brilliant conversation. Another plus was the easy communication, plus constant care from the team's side. We appreciate the team, Milan Retreats.

Property was extremely spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay and more! The local tube station was a five minute walk away. The host was always available and able to provide support and answer any questions we had.

The first property we stayed at was near to Centrale. The location felt unsafe at night (for us) and the apartment was pretty basic but immaculately clean. We moved to Navigli. Apartment and location much better. Again, immaculately clean. Hosts very helpful and agreed to move us when we did not feel comfortable at the apartment near Centrale. When reading the reviews it is important to remember people are commenting on the particular apartment they stayed in and Milan Retreats have many properties and not all are the same or same standard.

Apartment was spacious and setup with all we needed. Very close to restaurants and a main shopping street - but setback enough that it was quiet. Staff were really helpful with checkin and making sure everything ran smoothly for us.
