The property will authorise your credit card before arrival. Full payment is due upon check-in. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests must leave the kitchen clean. Summer air conditioning (cooling) is not included and will be charged EUR 1 per hour when used. Winter heating is included in the rent.Check-in after regular check-in hours might be available sometimes (not always) for a €50 service charge. The location where to pick up the keys will be different from the apartment's address, in most cases at a ten minute taxi drive. Late check-ins must be confirmed by the property, which in that occasion will inform as to where to pick up the keys. Beautiful apartment right beside Milano Centrale! Clean and cozy apartment, almost brand new. Receptionist was informative and friendly. Would be back again when in Milan!

Location: just right across the street from Milan's central station. We can also find restaurants, cafes, and access to public transport and sightseeing buses within walking distance. Room and bathroom amenities were as expected. We had a room with a window that overlooked across the street.

The reception is open 3:00 pm to 08:00 pm. This is the interval of hours u can do the check in. After that i guess they will charge you for late check in but i am not sure. Also, they willl charge u 100 euro as a deposit and refund it in the day of check out if the apartment is in good conditions. The property is situated exactly next to the milan central train station. In our apartmanet we had: towels, hair dryer, iron, mini kitchen, fully equipped and it was clean.

Very punctual in check-in time. Must come at 15:00 sharp. Registration office is closed and opens at this time
