The fine print
As a policy of the hotel, the cleaning of the room will be done on the third day from the day of arrival. Therefore, for stays of less than 3 nights, the cleaning is done only upon request with a supplement of 30 euro per day.
On the 31st of December check in will be closing at 20.00 for holiday reasonsThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Loved my stay; really clean, comfortable and stylish room in a historic building positioned in a quiet area away from any main roads benefitting from a great view. Friendly and welcoming bar downstairs, staff very helpful and efficient.

Lovely location right at the Parco Sempione and easy to get to from Malpensa via Milano Cadorna train station which is about 13 minutes walk away. An American style breakfast was served in the wine bar downstairs and was absolutely delicious. An unexpected bonus was the vouchers for a complementary drink at the bar. The room had everything we needed with no outside noise and we felt very comfortable and grateful for having found such a gem. Thank to Fabrizio and team for making this a very memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked from it or used the tram. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The staff is attentive. My son and I got to the hotel around twelve at night. The bartender (the hotel's counter is located in the bar in the same building) escorted us to the room, as the hotel staff was no longer there. And despite the fact that the kitchen was already closing, we were fed. Thank you so much for your attention. The bar room is very beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's nice to have breakfast here.

Location is perfect in front of Arch of Peace, you have nearby tram 1 which is very good to go around in center You can go by foot it’s easy end not fare away the room is clean and well decorated

The suite was conspicuously clean, very large and stylishly furnished. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, if "only" an Italian breakfast with brioche, cappuccino and orange juice. But for Milan, of course, appropriate.;) Living Suites is perfectly located. Only 1 min walk to the nearest tram station, directly at the park with a view through the trees to the Arco della Pace. On foot you are within 15-20 minutes at the Duomo.

I would highly recommend Living Suites to anybody, especially younger people. Although the hotel is located in an urban area with a a dozen bars and restaraunts around, the sound is definitely muted and unnoticeable when you are in your room. The hotel location is ideal, the rooms are big and very clean, and very new and upkept.
