The location, walking distance from Milano Centrale, 1 minute away from a metro station. The room was beautiful and very clean, as it was the whole hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was diverse, delicious and healthy. The location was also very convenient and close to metro, all sorts of shops and restaurants. Everythig we needed was promptly provided to us.

Good breakfast, gluten free diet accommodated with ease. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful & polite. Hot tub in the bedroom was a real bonus!

Friendly staff, a nice comfortable room (with coffee and tea), good breakfast + cool option to leave your bags after check out and till going to airport (it was really useful)!

The location is great, right next to the Lima metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Having both a coffee pot and an espresso machine was a real treat, especially for someone like me who loves a good espresso early in the morning. I also appreciated the private space next to the reception for getting some work done.

Very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Close to central station and the metro. Lovely staff, especially as we checked in around 3/4am

I like how central the Hotel is located, especially it is reachable by walk from Milano Centrale Station (aprox. 15 min. walk which was okay) or you take the M1 Line to station "LIMA" and then just walk 3 minutes to the hotel. I love the set up, the arrangement of the furniture and how minimalistic the hotel in general is in terms of colour choices -> Black and white. The room that I've been was exact right for a single person, not too small and not too big. Conscious and less paper use. The staff was super and helpful and the lights along the hallway makes it more welcoming and safe.
