Good location for a short beautiful walk into Milan or to the train station for onward routes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Facilities immaculately clean. The flowers at the front of the property looked lovely. Old school European charm.

Breakfast was very good (basic but with a variety of options in different categories). The room (at least mine) was small but very functional. The bathroom was extremely nice (spacious and clean).

Very friendly staff; they just made every day better with a little joke always smiling helping me when I had lost something in my room. Very good location to 3 torri and rest of Milan via metro. Quiet and safe location. Clean rooms and excellent service. Best price comfort location ratio in Milano. Local bars and pizzerias are great small business all stuff home made.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I had lost my passport and the person at reception helped me call the police, and helped to chase them to get more information without me asking. I was really stressed and the staff at the hotel were more helpful than anyone else during this experience, despite having the least power to do anything about it.

Super polite staff, always smiling and willing to help (with early check in and late check out in our case, as it was possible). Also everything was very very clean.
