The hotel is located very good, although the neighbourhood is very multicultural, the area is very well connected. Direct metro to Centrale train station, direct trams to city center. Even if you don't buy breakfast with the room you can still get a bite at any time in the restaurant which is great considering in the area the restaurants are closed between 3pm - 7 pm. There are many restaurants in the area if you can walk around and mostly local (not very touristic). It is clean. Has elevator and a small minibar in the room.

I really liked the Hotel! All people were very kind, at the reception they were helpful and always smiling. The room was big and clean. If you buy the breakfast at check in, you can get a discount!

They gave us a beautiful room on the floor 7 that was very clean. The staff at the front office helped us with lots of information about the hotel and about the city. They were all nice and kind. The underground is 5 minutes far

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Everything went smooth, from check-in to check-out, to organising various car transfers to different locations. All the rooms were squeaky clean and the facilities are exactly what a hotel needs. The metro line is in 3 minutes walking distance of the location and provides direct route to the city center (Duomo).
