The reception was amazing. Paola made a free upgrade for us and was waiting for our reply from the afternoon. Our room was spacious, clean, and full of artistic sense. We never expected a bathtub there!!

Excellent location in the heart of Milan just steps from the duomo and the Galleria. The Aparthotel was well stocked and nicely appointed. We had three people in the room, and rather than an uncomfortable sofa bed, there were three beds set up which was great. The kitchenette was on a mezzanine level - which may pose difficulties for the elderly to get to via a spiral staircase, but if mobility isn’t an issue, it provided ample space. Being a pedestrianised street only, with the room facing the internal aspect of a lovely gallery meant that there was no noise or disruption. Taxi access was via a very nearby street so transport via car was not an issue.

Location - so close to the Duomo made it easy to walk everywhere. Whilst this is in a very busy spot the rooms are quiet and nicely decorated. We had a room with a sofa and a small table and two chairs so it was bigger than we expected.
