Savo the Concierge was absolutely amazing. The entire staff did a lovely job. The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.

The staff were exceptional and always on hand to assist you and make your life easier. I had requests for the room which were met with no problems. A fantastic trip overall!

The room was a lot nicer than I expected and very spacious. All staff were very friendly and accommodating too. Savo went above and beyond.

Neat hotel that provides everything you need, clean and tidy. The location is great and the breakfast is correct (they put mayonnaise instead of hollandaise sauce on eggs benedict)

The hotel looks much better than the pictures. Everything about the hotel is amazing. The staff `s service is 10/10. Good location, Amazing rooftop views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Mateo and the front desk team are extremely helpful. We had an amazing holiday at this hotel - Highly recommended !
