I realy enjoyed it, the room was warm, welcoming, cosy and brightly coloured, with a nice touch of class, romance and elegance, which gives the feeling that we are traveling in another era of the city. The staff were a lovely presence and also very helpful and kind people. The mornings started nicely with the varied breakfast, in the form of a Swedish buffet and I especially liked the croissants and the orange juice. Also a big plus for the location, very close to several supermarkets and bus/ tram stations, although the main objectives can be easily reached on foot (about 30 min walk to Duomo Square). Because i caught cold days, I used a lot line 60 (Stazione Centrale-Duomo), 12, 9, 27.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the breakfast room was really lovely same as the older guy and young guy on the front desk were nice too.

The breakfast was excellent and rich . The coffee was excellent. The staff in breakfast was very friendly. I had a problem with my zipper in the jacket and in reception helped to find where I could fix it and helped me talk with the workshop and explain what the problem. In the workshop didn't understand the English. In addition, the lock of the window on the right side didn't work and they did fix it after I did ask.The location is wonderful. To Center 30 min by the foot. To the metro 15 min on foot. To the train 12 min on foot. to tram stop 3 min on foot.

A hotel that amazed me. An elegant hotel, you can't tell from the outside, but beyond the doors is a gem. I enjoyed living there.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. The dining room is beautifully decorated in vintage style. Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel let me check in early when I arrived from the airport which was a great bonus!
