It was just a short visit so we just wanted a regular nice hotel and that’s what we got. The staff were very lovely, we arrived midday and wanted to go out exploring but our phones were dying and in the panic of packing I forgot a plug converter, the receptionist borrowed us her plug whilst we went out which was so kind of her. I went and bought one as soon as I found a shop so I could return hers as soon as possible but we appreciated it so much. All staff were incredibly kind and pointed out where we could get food even late into the night. The beds were well made and clean and the bathroom was nice. I chose hotels based on their bathrooms so it was nice.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The location is not exactly central, but it is close to the central station, metro, and tram, making transportation quite easy. However, the city center and tourist attractions are not within walking distance, so using public transport is necessary. The cleanliness was good, and the internet connection worked smoothly. I had no issues with hot water, but the water pressure in both the bathroom and sink was quite low, and there was no extra showerhead. The building is not exclusively for the hotel. To enter, you need to ring the bell at the entrance, and the reception will open the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

The staff is absolutely pleasant and helpful. If you are travelling for work I recommend this hotel as it is close to the central station.

We had a junior suite and it is exactly like on the pics. This hotel is excellently located next to Milano Centrale. Another positive thing is it's staff members who are excellent and very friendly. I would not mind staying here again in the future. The only drawback was the heating even though we switched it off, it was still very hot.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and good. Toiletries are supplied in small quantities. Overall, I am happy and certainly will me an option for my next stay in Milan.
