I was treated very politely and respectfully at reception. The room was exceptionally clean. The heating in the room was very effective and the water in the shower was nice and hot.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and truly made you feel at home. The hotel is right next to the subway station and has so many restaurant options.

The hotel is near the train and metro station the location was good. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area in total did not seem so safe, but the hotel and nearing was okay. We came later than 10 and did not have any trouble The staff was very kind, as there is not enough facilities in the room, they offer fridge and hot water. The building is historical that is why it is understandable to have the small rooms and less facilities. There is a small elevator in the hotel

Definitely a good place for its price. Location is great, about 3 minutes walk from metro "Lambrate FS'. The room is small, but very clean. I did not take breakfast, so cannot say anything. The breakfast price was 8€ per person. A lot of small cafes nearby, some shops. Staff is friendly and speaks English. A good place for 1-2 nights budget stay. Indeed the sounds may seem too loud, elevator too small, but guys, look at the price again 😀 Air condition is available for additional 5€
