The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and gave good recommendations of places to eat nearby. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not very nice and it is also quite distant from city center, However it is near bus, tram and train stations which made getting around convenient.

Everything is super, nice receptionists, clean and nice rooms. Very close to the train station, some kind of a latino-asian district, felt safer walking here than in the central park of Milan

Very friendly staff, who always greet you with a smile. Perhaps, communication in English could be better, but it was not a huge issue. The room itself and the bathroom gets cleaned every day. Air conditioning worked great as well, without it, it would be impossible to survive. Wi-Fi is free, speed is good enough. Even though the hotel is quite a bit away from the center of Milan, there are 2 bus stops and a train station nearby, so getting to the city center was always easy (maybe a 20min bus ride). A lot of places to eat nearby and since it's not the city center the prices are very adequate. (keep in mind that they have siesta and they close for a few hours mid day).
