The staff very polite and helping us with anything we needed. The hotel is family friendly the cot was perfect for our baby and in front of the hotel there is a really nice park with playground. Breakfast included multiple options, for us and for the kid (and they had highchair). Everything was very clean.

Wonderful greeting on my arrival, room cosy, clean and comfortable. Wifi was good, easy to access and I had a good signal. Staff were kind and friendly.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Decent wifi. Helpful staff. Good value. It was a bit of a mission getting to Milan centre, requiring metro and train. However the new metro line is opening soon and will improve things. The metro stop is 1 minute from the hotel. I was recommended a very good close-by restaurant by one of the staff. Mongol Fiera is open on Mondays.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. All members of the hotel’s staff are very friendly and nice. When you enter the breakfastroom they directly ask you what you would like to drink. Location is good. Metrostation is very nearby

First of all, I would like to emphasize the absolutely excellent, helpful and pleasant staff of the hotel. None of our requests were a problem. We were accommodated with our 1.5-year-old child and a cot and high chair were provided, everyone was very kind and attentive to our daughter. The hotel is clean, our room was smaller but fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The breakfast was very tasty. If we ever return to Milan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Quiet room. Bed was a bit firm for our liking but everything else was as expected. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and service at breakfast was perfect.
