Great staff. Very accomodating. My room was sparkling the whole stay. Comfortable bed and pillow! Good location. Easy to get to/from Malpensa airport by train.

The hotel is very close to the public transport and that solves a lot of things. The property staff are professionals and addressed our request of changing room (since it was a bit warmer than other room) immediately. It is a clean hotel and really worth the money that we spent. I recommend that you get the breakfast. it might feel basic but it is necessary to start the day. there is not a big supermarket nearby so the breakfast helped us to start the day and stay full until lunch.

located a little out of Milan but close to a train station for the direct train the airport perfect as I had a very early start. Staff were friendly and accommodated a late arrival and early check out no problem.
