The staff is so helpful and amazing, also the location of the hotel is so good. Near central station and walking distance to metro and bus stations. As well as a great shopping.

Very kind and helpful staff; room is not very big, but enough for a couple. Good location, 20 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station, in a calm area. Nice view to a garden. Staff didn’t speak much English, but it’s a good reason to practice your Italian!

When we entered we were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who offered us coffee, gave us water and brought our luggage up to our rooms. The room was modernised, comfortable and very clean. The balcony was the cherry on top for the rooms. The staff were friendly asking us if we want them to clean our rooms and always said hello and goodbye whenever we left and entered the hotel. And when we were leaving they brought down our luggage and gave us 2 water bottles and thanked us for our stay. Incredible time and we were very satisfied. P.S we loved mimi (Their dog aka the best staff member) Thank you guys.

10 mins walk from the Metro. Happy to enjoy the fantastic service of the hotel owners! (cute couples!) They helped us a lot.

It was clean and comfortable. The little details like coffee and water received makes a difference. Location was very close to subways and shops. The restaurant nearby that personnel has suggested was very good for dinners.
