The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful historic building and one of the team is a handsome kind gentleman coming out of Bridgerton series 🤗 Location is good with a tram stop just outside the door. Close to Garibaldi station with a direct connection to Malpensa airport.

Exceptional value for money given the location (2 metro stops from the central station and another few from the city centre). The bed was crazy comfortable and the room was as clean as it can get.
