The staff were so approachable and so kind. The place was clean. The location is good. No problems for transportation since it is near a train station and there is a tram stop nearby. A grocery store is also 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. Our stay was worth the value.

The only positive aspect was that the owner was always present at the reception, which was helpful only because he had to open the door for us. Beyond that, his presence was unhelpful, as he did not speak English, only Italian, which made communication very difficult. If you want tea, the owner will provide a kettle and some tea bags, and there’s a shared coffee machine at the reception.

The welcome of the team at this hotel is genuine - it surpasses most, irrespective of price point. To feel clean safe secure and get a decent sleep must be high on everyone’s list. And if it is important to you, the WiFi did not miss a beat

Spacious room. No fridge. Clean Private parking area. The staff was very kind and helpful. Tram station at 50 m. 30 min to city center. Good choice for travelers. Recommend.

One-star hotel, clean, good wifi, safe parking, close to the highway, 45 minutes to DOMUL from Milan by tram 12 (stop near the hotel, tickets from the reception). Thanks to the gentleman at the reception for the hospitality.
