This hotel is exactly what we expected and more. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Close to public transport making getting around Milan very easy, even late at night. The breakfast was fresh, plenty to choose from and the coffee one of the best in Italy. I would recomend this hotel for any familly travelling to Milan to visit.

The hotel is very nice, clean and very well furnished. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Reception is 24h. Breakfast was included and it was perfect - plenty of different options, croissants, toasts, veggies, fruits and the best part was the vegan options. The location was good, a bit far from the centre, however the public transportation is perfect, there were trams very close by and metro station may be 5 min away. Plenty of restaurants, shop and groceries. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great choice for Milano with easy access to the city center. It is located 7 min away from the metro. Disregard what Google Maps routes; just go to the metro. Good breakfast, good coffee, friendly staff

Friendly service with smiling: Receptionists were empathetic and tried to support our request. Good and yummy breakfast! The waiters are very polite. Good location, a 3-minute walk to the tram station and a 5-minute walk to nearby supermarkets. DM shop just takes 2 minute's walk.

The breakfast was the best we had on our vacation! Also the reception staff, especially Emmanuel, were very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and local attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom shower was great. The location was not in the core, but the metro provided easy access. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was both a pizza restaurant and gelato store both within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend.

The staff is extremely helpful in every way and always very cheerful. The hotel is in a central location, close to quality restaurants such as Bon Wei and Oestria; 15 minutes from Doumo; the 1st highway that goes there passes right in front of it. Despite the traffic; there is no noise in the rooms; the rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious!

Very friendly staff, large lobby with free coffee 24/7, good breakfast, close to tram station with very good connections, 7min walk to MiCo congress centre (gate 14, which is closest), nice neighborhood with wine bars and all kinds of food around Via Piero della Francesca.
