Location was excellent as was the breakfast, best breakfast sausages ever - barman Andy was amazing too, be careful you don't lose him to the Cruise Ship industry - he's a natural entertainer!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, modern building with white marble, spacious room, descent breakfast, free drinks in the room refrigerator, in a very central place (next to via Dante) but in a quiet street. Highly recommended - we would stay here again!

The most wonderful hotel in my life! The staff saved our vacation. I found this hotel at the last minute because the place I booked earlier turned out to be a disaster for me. I told everything to this hotel and they helped me check in earlier. They found an amazing room. They took care of everything. They literally saved our vacation. If it is possible to give a hotel 1000 out of 10, this is it. Additionally - super comfortable location, great breakfast and a nice price.

Location is fabulous and overall facilities were very good. I was very fortunate to be upgraded on my return visit ( which I’m most grateful and appreciative of ). Breakfast spread is very good too for a hotel of this size.

Well styled and clean and great location within 2 minutes walk of good shops and cafes. About 7 minutes walk to Duomo. Georgia on reception and Luca the night manager were really helpful and pleasant. Thank you 😁

Location was great, nearby cathedral and loads of restaurants. We got upgraded to the Suite, which was a lovely touch as they were fully booked
