Front-desk staff and the breakfast-service staff were friendly, helpfull and professional. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient for visiting the centre of Milan by trams.

We had some trouble getting to Milano since our motorcycle broke down a few times. The thing I remember most about this hotel is how friendly the staff was. The man at the desk went out of his way to try and figure out a way for us to get the parts we needed so we could fix the motorcycle. That and he was all up for pointing us in the direction of good food too! Apart from that, we had a fun stay, were actually glad with their system of 'not taking your room key with you when leaving, but leaving it at the desk', we enjoyed taking a shower - makes sense since we'd been on the road for a while and there'd been a heatwave at that time.

Small but comfortable rooms, very good mattresses. Not at all noisy, although we were facing the street. Quite expensive the parking, but not more than other places in Milan, we were lucky to find the space in front of the hotel free and they let us park there. I think with a big car like ours the boxes would have been a tight fit. Didn’t try the breakfast. Location was very good for us, as we visited our son who lives nearby, but it’s walkable to the centre, at least for fit people.

Very nice desk staff. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms small but perfect. Beds comfy. 15 minute tram ride to central Milan. Great value for money.

The hotel is very comfortable. Beds are great, bathroom is good and the location is nice: it's near several bus stops that'll take you to the city center.
