Front desk worked 24/7 and immediately helped me around my check-out which was very early in the morning and not in a time they specified. The staff was great. The location is very near to the subway so the travel to the City Center was a breeze. The room was cosy, it was always clean, the cleaning lady came every morning. The bathroom was clean and was of decent size for me, for the 1 person room. WiFi connection was great. And it was a no smoking hotel.

I recently stayed at Lugano Hotel, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the cleaning staff. I want to give special mention to Mr. Rubin who went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and perfect. He wasn’t only thorough in his work but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's clear that he made a significant difference in my stay. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by such dedicated staff. Thank you, dear Rubin, for making my stay so memorable!

It was very clean. It was close to the metro and the Italia train station, as well as to a Carrefour supermarket. The neighborhood was good.

Nice hotel with very kind stuff! I chose most of the time Hotel Lugano or Vienna because have metro station M2 and Lambrate train station nearby. This help me a lot mobility!
