The staff in hotel are friendly and helpful. The man from reception helped me find emergency dentist on Sunday night. It was difficult but he did it. Thank you very much for this. Another receptionist, lady from Ukraine, found the best route to our destination. The breakfast was excellent.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The entire place was spotless, and the friendly staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Moreover, the hotel offers great value for money, providing excellent service and comfort at a very reasonable price.

Very nice location. Close to Museo Del Novecento and Duomo Square. Hotel is very nice and cozy. Rooms looks renovated with nice bathroom. Breakfast are the same everyday, Italian style, light and healthy. We loved them. Will definitely consider booking again when coming back to Milan.

The location and the people that work in the hotel were the best in how to treat their guests, the room looked a little bit old, but clean; the breakfast was Okay and the staff is very kind. We were very well treated and the hotel was very clean. I do recommend this hotel if you are travelling in a budget.

The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.

Comfy room with little terrace area. Room was nice & warm. Breakfast had a wide range of hot & cold options. Staff were friendly.
