Comfortable bed, clean, excellent bed linen and towels. Otherwise the room looks "tired". Stains and scuffs on the walls, old door, shabby bathroom with an unpleasant smell. The staff is polite and helpful. Convenient location in the center, not far from the train station. But the area itself is not very quiet.

The location of the hotel is central, near the main train station. Around 15 minutes walk. The room was big. The beds were confy.

The hotel was easy to find. Great location for its price. We got a room for 4 people which was great, clean and spacious. The staff was really helpful and friendly!

The location is great, less than 10 min from Milano Centrale and 1 min from the metro station (Porta Venezia). Right in the heart of the gay neighborhood, so if you are queer traveler, you will enjoy it. The room was pretty basic, but clean and safe, 24-hour reception, the staff was very nice and polite. Great value for many. Would recommend!

I saw the reviews before coming here, and I expected something different. Everything was fine during my stay. The personal at the front desk always open to help and friendly. And they are 24 hours, which is quite useful for some travelers. The shared bathrooms were fine. I think for the price one is paying is great. The only thing I didn’t see here, which is fine with me too.

It was basic but very clean! Tha staff clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. Location is great, you can walk to the Termini station as well as the centar of Milan if you are not lazy.

Close to the city center and the Central Station. Great location. From the window you could see a little of the roof of the Milan Cathedral. Lots of shops and restaurants around. It was very clean, comfortable bed. We were also given fresh towels and shampoo.
