The room was clean and had bathroom toiletries provided. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and kind, I really felt like a valuable guest. The breakfast in the morning is also simple but nice. Location is good, an easy walk to the metro and train stations.

I did like the hotel and staff! Also, i liked that our room was at the first floor there was no need to take our luggage upstairs! Staff were friendly! There are public transport next to hotel or it takes 25-30 mins to duomo by walk!

The staff were great, both at night when we arrived and in the morning. Very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have the option of off street parking with the hotel that accommodates roof boxes on vehicles.
