The staff were very friendly… especially a reception manager, she helped us with the check in and parking. Even gave us a day free parking since we were confused abt it. She even gave us a room with a balcony upon request.

A hotel is located a short walk from Comasina metro station, which brings you directly to the city centre. Also nearby is the train station that can get you to the Sempione Park. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any problem you have. The rooms are big and clean, we got a triple room although we were two in a room. They changed towels and sheets and cleaned the rooms every day. On request, they also provided us with a pair of slippers. All in all, a very nice place to stay in this price range, especially in Milan. We also used the parking that they have, although it was not included in the price. The parking was secured with ramps.

The room was spacious and large, it was very clean and comfortable, the location was also good as it was a few metro stops from the center of Milan, we would come back again. 😊

The room was super spacious. Very clean and appropriate facilities on offer. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed. Closely located to the train station and there is a back entrance to the hotel which cuts out walking time getting to the front reception.

we did't understand when we booked that the hotel was not in the center but fortunately it was really easy to reach the center just 15 minutes by car The people at the reception was really nice and available Good restaurant
