This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. Affordable rates for my stay. Staff were kind and friendly. Very helpful when the fan and tv in my room wasn’t working, they tried to have it fixed. When it couldn’t be fixed in time, they kindly offered an alternative room. Room in the main hotel was clean and safe. Hotel is near to Milano centrale station. And hotel staff gave helpful travel advice e.g metro to get to the airport. Hotel breakfast buffet variety was great and more than sufficient. If I was staying in Milan, I would stay here again.

1. Good location. It's very close to central station and subway and there is a super market near by. 2. Room in the annex building is bigger and with more modern style, clean and quiet. The big bathroom is a plus. Free bottle water and soda in mini fridge. 3. Breakfast was pretty good and the service crew there were excellent. 4. Recommend and will stay here again.

Everything was great! Super location 10 min from Central station. Fantastic reception staff! They spoiled us with the most delicious croissants in the world on a rainy day. Such a lovely gesture!

Location was perfect, just a couple minutes walk from Centrail Station. The staff were so polite and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing! And the room was spacious and had slippers, kettle, coffee, tee, towels, safe. The only additional thing that I might have needed was a bathroom robe. 😄

Perfect location. Close to Milan Central Station,near Metro station. Near lott restorant. 20 min way a shoping street. The breakfast wich offer in hotel was delicious.

Very good breakfast!! Very friendly stuff. Some of them even spoke German 👍 Good location next to the impressive main station. However in a quiet little street.

3-4 minutes walk from central train station. reception staff were friendly and helpful. while i'm checked out very early, they offered bottle of water for free. wifi was working very well. room and bathroom were very comfortable.

Was close to the central train station we could walk to it. Comfortable and clean and plenty of room. Plenty of restaurants around and coffee shops. Walkable to mostly everywhere if you wanted. We had to leave early so didn’t get breakfast despite it being included.
