I liked the location of the hotel: metro station within the walking distance, a couple of supermarkets and cafes near by. The personnel was very polite and nice. The breakfasts were good and diverse. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was good for a couple of nights.

Lots of choice at breakfast including gluten free Room clean Bathroom clean shower a bit small but lots of hot water Downstairs TV lounge and bar area very comfortable Fresh water refill available and lemon water Polite staff

Shower was great, liked the little shower gel's and shampoos, that was nice as it was unexpected. Extra pillows available in the wardrobe which was great. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, eggs and bacon were perfect! Loved the little bar in the lobby area.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a very good position.Be only careful because there are a lot of stealing around ,on that road.

All staffs are kindly and the room is clean. Consider to it's price, this is one of the best hotels in Milan.

For the price it was good for Milan. Things that would have made it better are film channels in English and other languages or at least subtitles options. A tea or coffee shop option at the hotel the machine offered tiny plastic options which you paid for and tasted not the best. In the room the suit we had had a big step down from the bathroom which was rather dangerous. The bathroom was also rather squashed although the rest of the suit was a good size. Outside the windows the view was not desirable and were frosted for a reason. Breakfast was really good and staff nice. Beds comfortable. The leather looking chairs in the shared lounge area were very warm and not good to sit on shame hood space otherwise. Maybe consider getting rid of the chairs and putting a pool table and tennis table more fun for guests. Not a lot of dinner options near by for us anyway.
