Very good location in a nice area. One of the best value option close the central station. Fantastic staff that helped me open a bottle which was tricky.

Convenient location of the hotel near the central station. Helpful staff, allowed to leave luggage after check-out. Good value for money

The bedroom was basic, but comfortable and warm with its own wash basin, and the bathroom and toilet were fairly near, with a washing machine. The whole building is very old fashioned in some ways, but for me, this was very nostalgic, with the very old lift and stone stairs. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I also liked the sound of the old-style tramcars of Milan, trundling past in the street below. I would love to stay at Hotel Arno again one day! Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Host very friendly, we was tired arriving Milan 3am, our check in time was 13:00 but they let us in asap 10:30 giving us extra time to rest. THANK YOU.

Clean and comfortable room, easy check in and check out. Shared bathroom was clean and staff were very helpful. Good location very close to Milano Centrale.

It's a budget hotel, but if you set your expectations right this is a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable, rooms and bathrooms clean and really friendly staff. Location was perfect for me.

Great spot! Exceeded expectations for a one star!! Only stayed one night so experience was short however we were very happy with it. Every staff member we came across was lovely, room was comfy and cleaned well. Close to tram and subways
