Great location for getting around the city. 10 min walk to Duomo, trams 200 metres away. Room was a decent size, daily room service and towel change, our safe didn’t work so they offered to change the room but we declined. 2 lifts. Breakfast was more than adequate, buffet style, continental and some hot food. Very clean in all areas. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The room odour v.bad and there is limitation in elevator regarding 7th floor you have to go to the 8th floor then downstair to 7th And there is construction in 6th floor which is very noisy

Perfect location on a main street with restaurants, supermarkets and all the store you wich for if you want to do shoppint. It's a 10 minute walk to the duomo (on that main street). You can also take the tram if you wish not to walk. The room and the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast!! Friendly staff.

Just 10 min walk to duomo and many eatery around. There is careefour opposite and generally, the location is good. U can a bit of the noise while staying at level 2 but it’s very bearable.. I like the toiletries - shampoo and body wash smell good too
