The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and kind. The location is amazing, we were just walking to the city center (around 25 min walk), but it is a good access to any public transport too. We enjoyed our breakfast and our time in the Hotel Apollo.

The tram line 24 was exactly outside the hotel which was really convenient because in 20 minutes you were near duomo! The room was big.

It was lovely place with a soul. Comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms, towels were changed every morning. Hotel on the main street- Very close to tram. Close to the small stores and cafes. Graf staff, helpful and nice.

I found everything, what I expected. Air condition, clean bathroom and hotel direct at tram stop without extra noise.

Good for sleeping the night and exploring city. For us - super plus was private parking for car. Tram station in front of the door and 15ish mins to Duomo. Clean, everything is as marketed here and what I would expect from 2* Hotel. Friendly staff.

The parking for the car was a must, so as not to take it to the center of Milan. Just outside of the hotel there was a Tram stop which was transfering you just a few meters behind the Duomo in the center with really easy access even to tourists and only around 2 euros per transfer using only your credit card inside the tram and within 15-20 minutes. The receptionist (especially the older man) was very helpfull with any info needed and gave us instructions for everything, excellent communication in English.

It’s in front of the tram station that takes you directly to Duomo in 10 minutes. Private parking is included! Not all of them speak English BUT they are willing to help you out by using google translate for everything you need!! It’s an old building without the perfect walls and soundproofing but you are not going to buy it, it’s perfect for your sleep and rest! Breakfast is included and they have a lot of prepackaged croissants which they let you take some extra for the rest of your day

Nice man met at the reception desk showed us everything and told us how to get to the center, was available when needed. The wi fi was good and the breakfast was good too, there were not many people so it was comfortable to be there. Free parking.

The stuff is polite and the hotel is very clean. Each day room service is cleaning and changing towels.
