The family who runs the hotel is incredibly kind welcoming and helpful. However, they need to adapt to modern standards. Having to leave the key at reception every time we go out is inconvenient and not being able to return to the hotel between 1:00 and 5:00 AM is even more frustrating. I felt like Cinderella when going out with friends, knowing I cannot stay with them after midnight. They are wonderful hosts but it would be great if they could update their policies to better accommodate guests' needs.

Convenient location, right next to the train station - ideal if you plan to walk around Milan and go out of town, for example to Lake Como. Clean, safe, very nice owners - it's a family hotel. And heating was nice - it was cold weather but in the room was always warm!

The room was clean, spacious and had a TV, the bathroom was equipped with all the necessities and enough towels. They had a curfew of 1 am since it's a family run hotel, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, it was right across the bus stop, a minute from Mercato Centrale and Milano Stazione Centrale. They also allowed me early checking in after I requested it, and held on to my luggage for me after checking out.

Warm. Close to train station. Borrowed a cup and saucer each day. Took a travel kettle. Nice to have a balcony and a clean room every day. Very decent towels. Hot shower every time. Plenty of wardrobe space.

The location is excellent. It is close to the Central Station, which is not the most posh area in the city, but it provides a nice gateway to all points in the city.

Very good connection from the main train station to anywhere in Milan. Comfy bed, good bathroom, everything one needs even for a week-long business stay! The staff needs pointing out for their helpfulness and kindness.
