1. Friendly and helpful staff (be prepared to use English - Italian translator app if you are not able to speak italian - helps with everything you need - just ask); 2. Great value for money; 3. Good location, nearby metro/bus stations; 4. The bed was made and towels changed daily; 5. Pleasant first impression; 6. AC working in the room without any issues. TLDR: Great place to spend a night after a long day of exploring. Will be back to this hotel for sure!

Friendly and responsive stuff. The first room we received the AC didn't work and they changed it as soon as we communicated the issue. Comfortable.

People were friendly and the room was simple and a little bit old but the location was nice, there was a big supermarket nearby and also subway access and good restaurants around.

It is a good location, 5-10 minutes to the metro station, in a neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Small hotel on leafy street, 8 minute walk to Loreto station. Very large room overlooking beautiful back gardens. Very quiet. Spacious. Good lighting and daily cleaning. 24 hour entry. I've stayed here in twice in 2 months and would stay again - very pleasant.

Staff friendly and accommodating, very relaxed. Excellent location, short walk to the metro and shops close by. For a 1 star hotel it certainly does it if you need a place to sleep with a convenient location.

Location near metro station Loreto ( M1, M2), very convenient. Comfortable bed, great sleep. Bidet in the bathroom. Close to good place for breakfast
