We were very satisfied. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The only downside was that the cappuccino from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine was not what one would expect in Italy.

Ideal for an overnight stop in Milan, when you need to catch a plane the next day. Clean and convenient, walking distance to subway.

Clean , fresh and excellent service by everyone especially Natalie, Luciano and the man who served us breakfast. We did not know his name but he's a tall handsome bloke with kind eyes and smile He was very helpful when we asked for directions to the laundrette. He's a GEM! He went out of his way to assist in many other things too. Location to Duomo and the Metro - SUPERB! We walked to Duomo. Stopped by at cafes along the way. Outside the apartment, there are lots of shops from supermarkets to restaurants and many more. A halal Turkish kebab shop is super nearby. Very yummy. Highly recommended for first time travellers to Milan. The art deco building lands an authentic touch to the place.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and kind in making my stay very comfortable. The staff and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is slightly away from main attractions but there is a metro near by to use. I didn’t use any metro line and walked around easily. Thank you HeMi staff.

Convenient location close to main attractions in walking distance. The apartment was very quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good wifi and choice of cartoons for kids. Modern furniture and a fantastic bathroom.

Although there is no view from the apartment, it is in close proximity to the city center and it is perfect value for money. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as public transport are close by. The host provides a quite detailed instruction about the parking that is within 7 min walking distance and it fits big cars even with a bike rack on a tow.

The LOCATION is fantastic!!!!(and the bed is comfortable) The night we arrived the public transportation system was down due to strikes. It was impossible to get an Uber or a taxi so we decided to walk that 2 km from the train station, which was nice. The area of the apartment is close to everything but far enough you don’t feel the crowed in the city. There are good restaurants, supermarkets public transport stops near by. You can also walk into to city center or just take tram 16 to San Siro stadium if you are watching a football game. So easy. The tram saved us when we left early to the airport because again we could not get an Uber simply because it was 5.00 am and very few drivers were out. The location saved our trip so many times I can’t count. Our room was ok and clean but loud , avoid room no1 but all in all recommend place.
