The hotel has an excellent location — right across from the central train station, which is very convenient for travelers. Check-in came with a pleasant surprise: although we booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the station. Huge thanks for that! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, but the design choices are a bit unusual. For instance, the sink is placed very close to the bed and is not separated by anything, which feels odd. The shower is also partitioned from the room only by a curtain. Not enough hooks for towels. Thankfully, the toilet is in a separate room with a door, which is appreciated. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for a night or two, but the sink and shower design could use improvement.

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also nice and fresh, with a beautiful panoramic view. Also the smell in the room was really nice. I had a very good night of sleep here, thank you.

The location is great as it's right across Milano Centrale train station. The staff was amazing! All of them were so nice and they even upgraded me for free to a room with the view of the station. The room was clean and comfortable as well.
