The location, size and the terrace were very good. Enrico was very helpful and responsive to solving problems and to our requests. He guided us for switching on the tripped electric mains. He got a dongle as the wifi was not working. He got miscellaneous stuff which we requested for such as glasses for water, bath mat, etc. He also organised our airport drop.

Once our plane arrived at the airport we received a message from the host. We kept in touch through whats app. Excellent communication. The host was at the front door when we arrived. We were told that there was no WiFi when we arrive and it would be sorted the following day, which it was. The location was excellent.

Good location, nice apartment. Sadly booking.com directed us to the wrong address. Not great when you’re arriving late and it’s hot. Host waited patiently and waved the late arrival fee, thank you. Loved the terrace.
