Overall a brilliant stay, lovely and clean room.Friendly staff, despite being outside of check in timings because of flight cancellations, the staff still managed to work with me to ensure I was able to collect the keys and have somewhere to stay unlike my original booking! Staff was good help and had some recommendations on things to do around the area! Location was brilliant with a supermarket literally around the corner and many shops. It was about a 10 minute tram journey only costing about €2 to the city centre. Also it was a 5 minute walk from the naviglio grande with many bars/restaurants to visit

The modern apartment was comfortable and easy to locate, also fairly simple to navigate the public transport from the closest tram stop.

The location is great and also our apartment was clean, modern and really spacious for 5 people. Instructions for self check-in were clear and we did not have any problem with our arrival at night. We also really appretiate the possibility for self check in and that we were able to leave our luggage at the reception for the day since we had late at night flight.

Brand new rooms, with calm, charm and comfort. The location is good in an intersting and underrated area of Milan. Staff is not onsite after 10pm but is very helpful on WhatsApp or on the phone. The check in is clear even in an event of a late arrival
