Very nice hotel, easy to find as close to milan centrale train station, plenty of coffe shops nearby and also an express supermarket. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived we met a lovely male receptionist, and he upgraded us to a suite. This was a lovely surprise and I felt karma working , as this was my first trip after a bereavement in Dec. The hotel has a lovely old Italian charm and a great warm welcoming reception and lobby. The suite was superb and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and selection. Overall a great experience for one night in Milan City.

Friendly and reliable staff. Very good breakfast. The location is amazing, very close to the Central station and walkable distance from Duomo. What can I say more than - felt like home.
