Good location very close to Milan Centrale station. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. A very helpful staff member got my computer connected to the network. Good soundproofing meant I didn't hear the child in the next room crying, nor the traffic noise. The kettle, green tea bag and cup was a nice touch and the bottle of water in the fridge very welcome

The location is fantastic! Across the road is the central station market which is a must for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Staff is very welcoming and available. Reception is 24/7 which makes smooth the arrival. Room is nice and location is next to the station.

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel Central Station, i I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel boasts an impeccable location, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center and conveniently close to public transportation, including direct links to the airport. The rooms and facilities were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that is all too rare. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into such a well-maintained establishment. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff* Every individual, from the adorable receptionists, Ms. Jessica and Ms. Malika to the cleaner Ms. Tamara, exuded a level of humility and accommodation that made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. As for the breakfast, it was a delightful surprise. While the offerings were simple, each dish was delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to my day, complemented by the warm and accommodating service from the staff and server. In terms of value, Hotel Central Station stands unmatched. The experience they provide, coupled with the reasonable pricing, as its newly renovated hotel. makes it an absolute steal. In conclusion, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I wholeheartedly give Hotel Central Station a 10/10 rating and recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Very clean hotel and very central to various amenities. You can have a hot drink in the room or near the reception. Everything is provided.

This place is really practically located, right next to Milan central station and directly adjacent to where the airport bus from Malpensa (EUR10) drops off. Like quite a lot of budget hotels in Italian cities it’s basically one floor of an apartment block. Other hotels are on other floors of the same building. In fact on check-in I was sent up a couple of floors and stayed at Hotel Metropoli, rather than Central Station as booked. No problem though. The room was large and comfortable and super-clean. Good double glazing meant it was quiet despite its bustling location.
